Blockweek takes UEM students to participate in actions in Germany

The trip includes technical visits and cultural visits; the students return on November 5th

Students from Student Mobility, through the International Cooperation Office (Escritório de Cooperação Internacional - ECI) of the State University of Maringá (Universidade Estadual de Maringá - UEM), are taking part in the Brazil-Germany mobility event entitled Blockweek "Democracy and Capitalism in Crisis? A Global Perspective". Under the guidance of professors Mauricio Reinert do Nascimento and Sara Fernandes Picheth, a total of 10 students will be abroad until November 5th, 2023.

The seminar, given by Professor Johannes Hirata, is part of International Blockweek, an event promoted by the Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences in Germany. The results will be presented at the end of the debate week.

The program includes technical visits to German companies, as well as cultural visits. The students are being accompanied by Professor Sara throughout the program. The person responsible for the action is Professor Maurício Reinert, one of the organizers of the project and executor of the cooperation agreement between UEM and the University of Osnabrück.
