Public Policies Graduate Program

The aim of the Public Policies Graduate Program (Programa de Pós-Graduação em Políticas Públicas – PPP) is the education of qualified professionals for elaborating, planning, managing, and evaluating public policies in different areas of public administration. Specifically, its purposes include the production and sharing of scientific knowledge in public policies and their impact on society; the education for human resources to assist organizations of the civil society involved in the implementation of public policies; development and improvement of instruments for planning, managing, monitoring, and controlling public policies. The Program counts on the participation of professors from different fields of knowledge with expertise in specific areas of public policies. Since its creation, in 2010, the program has already been responsible for the education of several professionals, which contributes to the improvement of public service in Brazil.
