Environmental Biotechnology Graduate Program

The Environmental Biotechnology Graduate Program (Programa de Pós-Graduação em Biotecnologia Ambiental - PBA) aims to train professionals to study, alter, synthesize, and produce compounds from living matter (microorganisms, animals and plants), in order to provide processes and products that guarantee greater economy, efficiency, competitiveness and adaptability in their final use, in an environmentally sustainable way. According to the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES), the Program has a score of 4 for the Masters and 4 for the Doctorate degree.
